To make your experience as worry-free as possible, we have made special arrangements for your stay:

• Your stay at the R-Hotel: Stay comfortably at the seminar location. We have secured an exclusive partner rate for you. Prices below are per room (1-2 persons), including a full breakfast. A limited number of rooms with twin beds is available. 
• • 24/09: €131,00 (incl. VAT)
  • 25/09: €153,00 (incl. VAT)
  • 26/09: €161,00 (incl. VAT)
• How to book? You can reserve your room directly by emailing contact@r-hotel.be mentioning the promo code GMEET26.
• Deadline: This special rate is available until March 21, 2026.
• Flexibility: While we recommend the R-Hotel for convenience, you are of course free to book other accommodation of your choice.

How to reach us?

• By Train: Travel via Eurostar directly to Liège-Guillemins, or by TGV to Bruxelles-Midi with a transfer to Liège. From Liège, you can take the local train to Aywaille station (30 min).
• By Air: You can fly into Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL) (85 km from the hotel) or Brussels Airport (BRU) (110 km from the hotel). Both airports have smooth connections to the Liège region.

Guests & Team

• Capacity: We welcome a maximum of 2 team guests per studio for the seminar on Friday. 
• Extra Guests: Want to bring extra guests to the circuit in Spa or for the dinner on Friday evening? You can!
