How can I pay?
You can pay online with Bancontact (card and app), credit card (Visa or MasterCard), PayPal, Maestro, WAX-IT gift vouchers, Sofort Banking, iDeal, Giropay, Billie (FR), or with banking apps. In the store, you can pay with Bancontact, credit card, or cash.
Can I pay in cash?
Not in the webshop. Only in our store you can pay with cash.

How can I pay with Bancontact?
You can pay with your Bancontact card and with the Payconiq by Bancontact app, online and in our stores. When ordering your product online, choose the Bancontact payment method and confirm the payment with your Bancontact card or with the Payconiq by Bancontact app on your smartphone. You can also complete the payment with all individual online banking apps. Paying with Bancontact is safe and completely free.

Where can I find my invoices?
Go to My Account > Your invoices, where you will find a complete order history and the corresponding invoices..
What if I haven't received an invoice?
Check whether your invoice can be found in My Account > Your invoices. Can't find it? Then contact Our Team.
What if my invoice is incorrect?
Please contact Our Team within 7 working days and we will assist you.
How can I enter my company details?
You can add your VAT number in My Account > Edit Information.
Why is the payment status in My Orders incorrect?
If your order status is incorrect, please contact Our Team for further clarification.
Why was my credit card payment declined?
This could be due to a technical error, you have reached your limit, a company has put a guarantee on it or your card has been exposed to a threat/fraud and therefore the banking institution has deactivated/blocked your card.
What if I paid twice?
Please contact Our Team within 7 working days and we will assist you.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
First, it is best to check your spam box in case your email was filtered. If the confirmation email has not reached you after 24 hours, please contact Our Team and we will help you further.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes! We offer gift cards which you can order online. We will then send you the giftway card to give to a, or if you prefer, you can request a digital version.
