Process

Processing time depends on your order, delivery address, and chosen shipping method.

Available options:

  • DPD Business - budget parcel service 
    • Delivery time: 1-3 working days
    • Not for large or delicate orders 
  • DHL Express - premium parcel & freight service
    • Delivery time: next working day
    • Maximum up to 70kg
  • DHL PPF - DHL Express specifically for PPF
  • GLS - freight service
    • Delivery time: 2-3 working days
    • Shipping costs start at a fixed rate and depend on your address and order
  • DB Schenker - freight service
    • Delivery time: 3-5 working days
    • Shipping costs start at a fixed rate and depend on your address and order

Confirmation & tracking

You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has been packed and prepared for the next step: pickup or shipping. 

  • Pick up at our warehouse: You can pick up your order from that moment on.
  • Shipping: At that point, you will receive the tracking number to track your package.

From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, you are responsible for tracking it and receiving the delivery.

Delivery

The carrier will make two delivery attempts.

If the carrier cannot reach you during the second delivery attempt either, they will contact you (directly, or via WAX-IT) to discuss the next steps.

There are two possible outcomes:

  1. A new delivery attempt is agreed upon.
  2. The package is returned to WAX-IT. 

In both cases, extra costs may be charged.

Please note

If your order includes PPF, customised options will be available. Are you placing a large order? Then take a moment to consider how you structure it. Do you urgently need a few smaller products as well as PPF? Then it might be beneficial to split your order. This way, you can choose a faster delivery option for the urgent items.

In case of

Parcel delivery

Refuse delivery if you notice damage to the package.

If you did accept the package, please provide us with the following information within 5 business days: description, product list, detailed photos, and barcode.

Once you have confirmation from the postal service, we will let you know which products can be refunded, replaced, or returned.

In case of

Freight delivery

Always check the order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please note this on the delivery note. 

Take photos of the damage and send us the photos and all details within 5 business days.

If no note was made on the delivery note and you are unable to provide us with photos, we will unfortunately be unable to submit a damage claim.
